Zusammenfassung
To evaluate the condition of machinery components it is possible to use asignificant parameter in integral form describing the load that affects thecomponent. To determine this parameter it is sufficient to use drive-internalsignals for the calculation. These signals are available in the control unit.Challenges have to be faced in collecting the drive signals continuously andin high frequency. Additionally the data should be processed near to real-timeto achieve meaningful results. This article describes one form of realizationby implementing a control-internal task, which can be controlled by commandsout of a NC program.
