In diesem Beitrag wird ein Konzept vorgestellt, mit welchem die Aussagekraft von Angeboten im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau durch einen simulationsbasierten Vergleich von Varianten erhöht werden soll. Aufbauend auf dem baukastenbasierten mechatronischen Engineering wird eine Methode vorgeschlagen, welche die Bildung von Varianten mit Hilfe von Bibliotheken zur Problembeschreibung intuitiv ermöglichen soll. Es wird eine Beispielapplikation vorgestellt, anhand welcher die Einsetzbarkeit der Methodeuntersucht wird. In this paper a concept is introduced, which shall increase the validity of offers for machinery and equipment through a simulation-based comparison of variants. Based on modular mechatronic engineering a method is proposed, that will allow the intuitive creation of variants with the help of problem description libraries. An example application which is used to investigate the applicability of the method is presented.
