Abstract
Systeme mit programmierbarer Logik werden zunehmend für die Antriebstechnik interessant. Gründe dafür sind die mit einer Hardware-Implementierung vergleichbare Leistung, die Flexibilität im Entwurfsprozess und im Feld sowie die Skalierbarkeit des Funktionsumfangs. Das vorgestellte Konzept zeigt Struktur, Funktionsweise und Entwurf einer komponentenorientierten Architektur für ein Antriebssystems. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf günstiger Nutzung der resultierenden Freiheitsgrade in Hard- und Software. Im Artikel wird gezeigt, dass die Architektur sowohl industriellen Standards als auch speziellen Anforderungen einer beispielhaften Anwendung hinsichtlich Robustheit und Flexibilität gerecht wird.
More and more, systems with programmable logic are getting interesting in drive engineering. Reasons are the performance which can be compared to a hardware based implementation, the flexibility in design process and in application field as well as the scalability of the function range. The presented concept shows structure, functionality and design of a component-based architecture for a drive control system. Focus is laid on beneficial use of the resulting degrees of freedom in hardware and software. The article shows, that the architecture is capable to fulfill industrial standards as well as special requirements regarding robustness and flexibility of a sample application.
