Entwicklung und Aufbau eines automatisierten Maschinenprüfstandes für hochdrehende Kleinmotoren

Abstract
In this work, a machine test bench for the measurement of small electric motors with high
speed is developed and built up.Without limiting the field of application of the test bench,
the focus is on brushless small motors with permanent magnetically excited rotors. The
requirements for the test bench are derived from the properties of the machines to be tested.
The automated process of machine measurement is of particular interest here. The
load on the machine under test is applied by a passive load in the form of an electrically
excited eddy current brake. For the operation of the machines under test, power electronics
with current detection are set up. Finally, the test stand is put into operation and two
small motors are measured. The results are visualized in various diagrams.
