Dies verursacht Prozess- und Bauteilqualitätsminderungen, die vor allem in den Anfahr- und Endphasen beim Ablegen von Raupen sichtbar werden. Durch eine modellprädiktive Vorsteuerung auf Basis einer Dynamikmodellierung des Kunstoffes im Extruder kann der Volumenstrom jedoch geregelt werden.\r\nDiese Trajektorienplanung läuft auf der CNC in Echtzeit und beeinflusst zusätzlich die Trajektorie des Druckkopfs.\r\nAnhand eines Beispiels wird ein Lösungsvorschlag für eine Modellierung und Implementierung erläutert.",

         "pages": "--","abstract": "Acceleration of product development, decrease of NC programming effort andincrease of product quality are demands from enterprises to make theirproducts competitive. These requirements are hardly met by the today's usedCAx process chain which is based on a multitude of interfaces and thestandardized control data format ISO 6983. New concepts of product datamodelling are necessary for a structured and object-oriented description ofmachining.The development of STEP-NC (ISO 14649) over the last ten years has brought newopportunities for automating the CAx process chain. The present paper portraysa methodology for implementation of a standardized CAx process chain forrotational asymmetric parts, which are described in the technology-orientedprocess model for turning (ISO 14649-12). The methodology is realized througha suite of STEP-compliant NC software tools, based on STEP-compliantinformation models to integrate the whole chain from design to machining.Component case studies are used to demonstrate and analyse the methodology.The final part of the paper discusses the major issues and deficienciesrelated to the current phase of development of this new approach.",
