Stability results for the interface\n\tin the sense of energy estimates for solutions of the linearized\n\tproblem are given. The normal mode analysis of the problem shows\n\tthat in particular the uniform Kreiss�Lopatinskii condition is satisfied\n\tas long as surface tension and amount of energy dissipation are positive\n\tbut remain small.
