B. für die Prozess- undMaschinendiagnose haben nicht nur Auswirkungen auf die Konstruktion derWerkzeugmaschine, sondern auch auf die Antriebsregelung. In der heutigenAntriebstechnik werden spezialisierte Signalprozessoren und Mikrocontrollereingesetzt, um die Anforderungen erfüllen zu können. Um durch hohe Stückzahlenkostengünstige Prozessoren fertigen zu können, sind diese auf dieStandardantriebsregelung optimiert. Sie bieten daher wenig Offenheit undFlexibilität, um neue Technologien zu integrieren.Die Integration neuer Technologien sind nur mit hohem Aufwand und Änderungenin Soft- oder Hardware des Antriebsreglers verbunden. Die optimale Anpassungdes Antriebsreglers an den Prozess oder die Maschine ist daher meist sehrkostenaufwendig.In dieser Arbeit wird ein Antriebsregler vorgestellt, der die Anforderungenheutiger und zukünftiger Antriebstechnik erfüllen kann, offen für neueTechnologien ist und flexibel an den speziellen Prozess oder die Maschineangepasst werden kann.Die Flexibilität wird durch den Einsatz frei programmierbarer Logik erreicht.Eine Funktionsbibliothek stellt alle für die Antriebsregelung benötigtenModule zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus bietet sie weitere Funktionen für dieProzess- und Maschinendiagnose, für die Signalauswertung sowie grundlegendeFunktionen zum Aufbau anwenderspezifischer Schaltungen. Hardwareseitig stelltdie Antriebsreglerarchitektur Schnittstellen zur Verfügung, über dieHardwarekomponenten, wie z. B. Feldbusmodule, oder Geberschnittstellenflexibel in das System eingebunden werden können.Es wird eine Architektur vorgestellt mit der ein offenes Antriebsreglersystemrealisiert werden kann. Es wird die Modularisierung der Antriebsfunktionenbetrachtet, sowie eine Infrastruktur entwickelt, die benötigt wird, um dieAusführung der Module, sowie die Kommunikation zwischen den Modulen zukoordinieren und zu überwachen.
