The paper presents our ongoing work to meet the challenges posed by provenance-based retrieval, proposed as a solution for transdisciplinary scientific collaboration via reuse of scientific workflows. Our work is based upon a case study in molecular dynamics experiments, as part of a larger multi-scale experimental scenario.","annote":"","author":[{"family":"Carvalho","given":"Lucas Augusto Montalvão Costa"},{"family":"Silveira","given":"Rodrigo L."},{"family":"Pereira","given":"Caroline S."},{"family":"Skaf","given":"Munir S."},{"family":"Medeiros","given":"Claudia Bauzer"}],"citation-label":"10.1007/978-3-319-40593-3_17","collection-editor":[{"family":"Mattoso","given":"Marta"},{"family":"Glavic","given":"Boris"}],"collection-title":"","container-author":[{"family":"Mattoso","given":"Marta"},{"family":"Glavic","given":"Boris"}],"container-title":"Provenance and Annotation of Data and Processes","documents":[],"edition":"","editor":[{"family":"Mattoso","given":"Marta"},{"family":"Glavic","given":"Boris"}],"event-date":{"date-parts":[["2016"]],"literal":"2016"},"event-place":"Cham","id":"cc24d4c4d2877ea34add0974c1ae7893diglezakis","interhash":"1ef0c433e973c7cfed46795229986d8f","intrahash":"cc24d4c4d2877ea34add0974c1ae7893","issue":"","issued":{"date-parts":[["2016"]],"literal":"2016"},"keyword":"forschungsdaten provenance reproducibility workflows","misc":{"isbn":"978-3-319-40593-3"},"note":"","number":"","number-of-pages":"3","page":"183--186","page-first":"183","publisher":"Springer International Publishing","publisher-place":"Cham","status":"","title":"Provenance-Based Retrieval: Fostering Reuse and Reproducibility Across Scientific Disciplines","type":"paper-conference","username":"diglezakis","version":"","volume":""}}
