Consequently, we investigate whether different clusters of individual users can be distinguished regarding sustainability-related values, attitudes, and intentions. If these diverse clusters exist, we can explore tailored approaches to promote sustainable behavior patterns among them based on their unique needs and targets. For this purpose, we employ a mixed-method approach combining qualitative interviews with a quantitative survey. The obtained insights help us identify core factors that drive sustainable behavior, develop representations of different user groups, and suggest individualized interventions for supporting sustainable behavior patterns. The qualitative part comprised interviews with ten participants, resulting in the development of qualitative personas. Emerging differences could subsequently be used to select validated psychological scales for the quantitative part to confirm the differences. Applying data-driven clustering, we identify five intention-based clusters that vary regarding factors such as belief in climate change, collaboration, or skepticism concerning sustainability. Building on both qualitative and quantitative insights, five validated personas are created for research and practical use. These personas include Socially Sustainable, Responsible Savers, Unconcerned Spenders, Comfort-Oriented, and Skeptical Consumers. Individuals corresponding to the selected persona may, for example, respond positively to sustainability benefits, while others may be more receptive to hedonistic benefits. Addressing related varying motivational factors raises the demand for individualized interventions. These could be achieved by incorporating the personas’ needs with more individualized products and services to promote sustainable behavior.</swrc:abstract><swrc:author><rdf:Seq><rdf:_1><swrc:Person swrc:name="Laura H{\"o}pfl"/></rdf:_1><rdf:_2><swrc:Person swrc:name="Maximilian Grimlitza"/></rdf:_2><rdf:_3><swrc:Person swrc:name="Isabella Lang"/></rdf:_3><rdf:_4><swrc:Person swrc:name="Maria Wirzberger"/></rdf:_4></rdf:Seq></swrc:author></rdf:Description></burst:publication>

A qualitative analysis of solutions to microelectromechanical systems with curvature and nonlinear permittivity profile

<dc:subject>Lienstromberg IADM systems microelectromechanical qualitative solutions of to analysis </dc:subject>
<span data-person-type="author" class="authorEditorList "><span><span itemtype="http://schema.org/Person" itemscope="itemscope" itemprop="author"><a title="Joachim Escher" itemprop="url" href="/person/157bcec82c654b77435bedbd12b4dccc8/author/0"><span itemprop="name">J. The equation is quasilinear, of fourth order and doubly-degenerate parabolic. By adding a singular potential to the natural Dirichlet energy, we introduce a modified version of the thin-film equation. Then, we set up a minimising-movement scheme that converges to global positive weak solutions to the modified problem. These solutions satisfy an energy-dissipation equality and follow a gradient flow. In the limit of a vanishing singularity of the potential, we obtain global non-negative weak solutions to the power-law thin-film equation

with potential G in the shear-thinning (α>1), Newtonian (α=1) and shear-thickening case (0<α<1). The latter satisfy an energy-dissipation inequality. Finally, we derive dissipation bounds in the case G≡0 which imply that solutions emerging from initial values with low energy lift up uniformly in finite time.</swrc:abstract><swrc:hasExtraField><swrc:Field swrc:value="arXiv.org perpetual, non-exclusive license" swrc:key="copyright"/></swrc:hasExtraField><swrc:hasExtraField><swrc:Field swrc:value="10.48550/ARXIV.2301.10300" swrc:key="doi"/></swrc:hasExtraField><swrc:author><rdf:Seq><rdf:_1><swrc:Person swrc:name="Peter Gladbach"/></rdf:_1><rdf:_2><swrc:Person swrc:name="Jonas Jansen"/></rdf:_2><rdf:_3><swrc:Person swrc:name="Christina Lienstromberg"/></rdf:_3></rdf:Seq></swrc:author></rdf:Description></burst:publication>

Exhaustion of Skeletal Muscle Fibers Within Seconds: Incorporating Phosphate Kinetics Into a Hill-Type Model

<dc:subject>biomechanics analysis endurance estimation fatigue optimization dynamics parameter sensitivity time first-order </dc:subject>
<span data-person-type="author" class="authorEditorList "><span><span itemtype="http://schema.org/Person" itemscope="itemscope" itemprop="author"><a title="Robert Rockenfeller" itemprop="url" href="/person/1f9d277a1e8c689ed9606efdfca787b8f/author/0"><span itemprop="name">R. Dirichlet-to-Neumann analysis.</swrc:title><swrc:type>Dissertation</swrc:type><swrc:year>2015</swrc:year><swrc:keywords>iadm Hänel elastic analysis Dirichlet-to-Neumann </swrc:keywords><swrc:abstract>"The present work is concerned with the existence and the behaviour of discrete eigenvalues arising from a perturbation of an infinite waveguide in quantum mechanics or elasticity theory. Physically, eigenvalues correspond to bound states in quantum me-chanics or harmonic oscillations near imperfections such as cracks and holes in elasticity theory. They play an important role in applications in science and industry such as non-destructive testing theory of sensitive structures (e.g. wings of air planes, nuclear components etc.).
More specifically we consider the asymptotic behaviour of the discrete eigenvalues for small perturbations which arise from a change of the boundary conditions on a small sub-set of the boundary. From the spectral-theoretic point of view this kind of perturbation is of particular interest since standard methods such as the Birman-Schwinger principle for handling additive perturbations of operators fail. To determine the asymptotic be-haviour of the discrete eigenvalues we shall use a pseudo-differential approach which is based on an analysis of the corresponding Dirichlet-to-Neumann operator. This method is of benefit mainly because it uses the symbol expansion of the Dirichlet-to-Neumann operator in local charts and the behaviour of the resolvent near the spectral minimum. ... "</swrc:abstract><swrc:hasExtraField><swrc:Field swrc:value="English" swrc:key="language"/></swrc:hasExtraField><swrc:author><rdf:Seq><rdf:_1><swrc:Person swrc:name="André Hänel"/></rdf:_1></rdf:Seq></swrc:author></rdf:Description></burst:publication>

Design and Convergence Analysis for an Adaptive Discretization of
